USES:- | CLOVES ARE USED AS TABLE SPICE & MIXED WITH CHILLIES, CINNAMON, TURMERIC & OTHER SPICES IN THE PREPARATION OF CURRY POWDER. THEY ARE ALSO USED TO FLAVOUR THE BETEL QUID (PAAN). CLOVE OIL IS USED TO MANUFACTURE PERFUMES, SOAPS, BATH OILS & AS A FLAVOURING AGENT IN MEDICINE & DENTISTRY. |
